I ship 5-30 packages a week, this is the best post office in Essex country by far. Knowledgeable staff to know how to do there job. I go out of my way to go here.

I went to ship approximately 40 boxes at this location this past Saturday and Lisa was the post office clerk on duty that day. She was absolutely amazing. Few people doing customer service surprise me positively these days and Lisa did. She is friendly, versatile, a true multi-tasker, effective, positive...I could go on. I ship a lot through Canada Post and I generally get clerks that are not so great at customer service. Lisa is a top customer service individual. Thanks for making that day so much better for me. Your smile makes anyone's day better.
